Reading Log 3

While I was reading today I pictured many things in my head, one of those things was when Katniss is standing across the guy that is pointing the gun at her. While the man is pointing the gun at her, she is letting her heart out on him and telling him about what’s going on in there district and that’s when someone else shoots her.

I can connect with Katniss the most in my book because we have a lot of things in common and sometimes the way she thinks is the same as I do but other times we are completely different.

I’m having most difficulty understanding what’s going on in the book sometimes. I will read and then I wont understand what’s going on

But other than that I understand most of it. Another thing is that its hard sometimes to visualize some of the things that are going on.

The book that I am reading is very different to other books and its hard to compare it to my life. Therefore there are a few things that are similar to what both the characters and I have done.

In this book there is a lot of repetition and metaphors. I do think they are affective because it helps us in visualizing how some events are going and things that have happened to her. The foreshadowing just makes the n=book more exciting and entertaining.

The plot of my book is not realistic at all but there are some parts in the book that are realistic and that’s only conflicts with the protagonist’s self.

I would like to have Gale as a friend because he cares about people especially the people he is close to and would do anything to help with things since in the book his family has died.

The book I am reading is extremely different to other books, and I don’t read that many books in this genre which makes it harder to compare it to other books.

In the next section of my book I think Peeta will either end up hurting Katniss while fighting or he will get killed, because they are going over to district 2 to fight with them so they can get closer to the Capital.

I think Peeta will either end up hurting Katniss while fighting or he will get killed. If I were to jump into my book right now I would go up to Peeta and try and talk to him, help him remember some of the good times and help him forget what the capital brainwashed him with.

I was able to visualize the part where Katniss and Peeta were in the hospital room and he started to choke her. They had to tie his arms down and Katniss was sent out of the room because of what the capital had done to him. He went from loving her to hating every single part of her.

The event that reminds me of my life the most is the part about Peeta and Gale. How she has to help one of them and stay away from hem to not get killed and the other she cares about him a lot but he seems to not care as much, since he wants to do all the risky dangerous work.
